Frequently asked questions about pricing
Is there a minimum contract term?
You choose between quarterly (3 months), half-yearly (6 months) and yearly (12 months) terms. With a 12-month term you receive a 5% discount.
Which payment periods are available?
Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly – you decide how often you are billed.
Can I add users or book add-ons later?
Yes. Users, storage and the Desk and Link add-ons can be adjusted at any time – license management in Souvera Central shows usage transparently.
Are prices gross or net?
All displayed prices include 19% German VAT. The net price is shown in the configurator and during the order process.
Where do I order Souvera Workspace?
Orders are placed via our operator Host-On.de. There you configure workspace name, email domain, storage and add-ons and complete the order.
